“Better choices in Penestanan”
The upstairs room was nice and large, and it felt very private because the other room was vacant. We had to step over a lot of stuff to reach our Ty.

It’s a nice family place, but it’s advertised as a bungalow while it’s actually just a room on the second floor of a traditional Balinese house inside a family compound. To get there you must walk through their home, which would not be a problem if it were clearly stated. Given these conditions, the price is far too high. Overall, very disappointing.

The hospitality was really good

The buggy pickup was welcoming, the hosts were friendly, and breakfast was flexible. The door to the bathroom was an issue.

We loved staying at Sena’s bungalow! The two rooms sit on the second floor of a beautiful family property in a perfect neighborhood, a very quiet area just a few minutes’ walk from the main road and surrounded by jungle. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned daily. There’s a large terrace that offers a stunning sunrise and volcano view. Breakfast was good. The owners were very kind and helpful, and Sena drove us on several visits to waterfalls, rice terraces, volcanoes, temples, etc. I definitely recommend it!
