The breakfast was super varied and complete, the location was unbeatable, and the price‑quality ratio was great. However, the bathroom maintenance left something to be desired: in the first room the bathroom chain broke right away, they swapped me into another room, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location. I was robbed by the maid; she touched my backpack that was inside my room and stole 100,00. I reported it to the manager, but he did nothing. The internet doesn’t work except in the hall; it’s unusable in the rooms. Breakfast was horrible—coffee was like tea. I do not recommend this hotel at all; stay elsewhere, even if you pay more. I have everything documented and will also file a complaint with Booking because of the misleading ads. The elevator doesn’t work either; you have to take the stairs. It was 6 degrees in the city, and on one day there was no hot water!

The TV was very old and had no cable.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff.

The accommodations and location were great. There was nighttime noise, apparently from an air‑conditioning unit in another room.
