I was deeply disappointed because the hotel’s customer service was awful. My reservation included breakfast, yet I was wrongly charged for it. From day one I pointed out the error, went to the front desk daily, and was told, “The manager isn’t here right now. We’ll take care of it later.” Nothing ever happened. Despite repeated visits and reminders, the mistake stayed unresolved. When I checked out, the wrong breakfast charge was still on my bill, so I paid for something already included. What upset me most was the total lack of follow‑through; the staff promised to fix it but never did, making me feel ignored. I expected far better service and can’t recommend this place. If you run into a billing problem, don’t expect it to be handled quickly.
The extra $15 per day parking fee is ridiculous, and the extra breakfast charge is inconvenient.
Parking fees were a bit steep, and the bathroom doors could have been clearer.

The neighborhood is lovely, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and parking is plentiful. There’s an odd smell from the comforter and some stains, and breakfast is free but not buffet‑style—you have to order it, which creates a line.

Free breakfast (if you book it) was excellent - counter/sit-down service with options like eggs or French toast (or cold options). Room was spacious and comfortable. Didn’t try the bar/restaurant but it seemed nice. Could have used more comfy pillows but that’s a slight nitpick
