A beautiful old Portuguese house with many rooms. We were a group of cyclists and it was easy to store our bicycles. Lovely social areas. Incredible colour schemes. Great breakfast. It was brilliant. Just one of the rooms smelled a bit damp, the first one past the bathroom.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and each time it’s been a genuinely enchanting experience. The place feels wonderfully welcoming, instantly giving me a sense of calm. The décor is thoughtfully curated with impeccable taste, showing care for every detail and giving the accommodation a very special vibe. Once again, it was a pleasure to enjoy such a harmonious spot.

Vacationing is all about memorable moments, and you won’t find those in bland chain hotels. Vintage Balcony, however, offers a one‑of‑a‑kind stay in a lovely 1930s villa with beautiful interiors and a semi‑rustic feel. Our host Martin took care of everything we needed and we had great conversations over a bottle of beer. I’d highly recommend it.

“Parenthèse enchantée”

The house is magnificent, the room is spacious and very comfortable, and Bruno is an adorable and very helpful host. It was a beautiful break in our road trip through Portugal. Unfortunately, the bathtub is no longer usable since the water heater was changed 😔

What a charming, quirky guesthouse. The interior was really interesting and we loved the breakfast on the balcony. Bruno was extremely helpful and accommodating.
