The location was good and the rooms were a nice size, but I had to take out the garbage and wash dishes myself; it’s not that we left a mess, just that a hotel shouldn’t leave that to us.

The master bedroom, dining area and living room were nice, but the walk from the parking lot to the room was long, and one kitchen outlet on the left side didn't work even after hitting the reset button – I had to move the coffee pot to the other side. Wi‑Fi was poor, the dryer took three cycles even with a light load, and the carpet could use a good shampooing.

The location was great and the receptionists were very polite and friendly, yet the stairs were a problem: we were on the 3rd floor and my aunt, who had a hip replacement a few months earlier, couldn’t come down until check‑out because she was very sore.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area and mini‑golf were great, and there were movies available, but the TV had no guide so I could only flip channels to see what was playing. Extending my stay was impossible – the staff couldn’t do it – and I spent 90 minutes being transferred around on the phone, so it was easier to go elsewhere.
