Breakfast was excellent and served on a beautiful terrace with a stunning view. Dinner was also very good. The accommodation is in an excellent location, nicely decorated and well maintained. The internet was poor.

From the moment we pulled up, Roberta was already waiting with a glass of wine, greeting us at the car and helping with our luggage while we took in the Tuscan countryside and the medieval towers of San Gimignano. The room was flawless, offering a 180‑degree view and a private terrace where we could unwind. Chef Constantino’s five‑course dinners—though not included—were the best meals I’ve ever had in Italy, and breakfast, lovingly made by Costanza, was equally delightful with homemade jams, fresh breads, cappuccinos, and a wide made‑to‑order menu. What really makes Podere Bellavista special is the people: Roberta and Julia delivered hospitality that outshines even the Four Seasons and The Ritz‑Carlton, feeling personal and genuine, not scripted. The price feels like a Hampton Inn in the U.S., yet it’s genuine five‑star luxury. My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here, and I can’t imagine a more perfect setting. If you’re thinking about staying, just book it—this is the best place I’ve ever stayed and my favorite in the world. Thanks to Virginia, Roberta, Julia, Chef Constantino, Costanza, and the whole team for unforgettable memories.
