The pools being a particular highlight - the water was warm and inviting.
The cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the cave, was exceptional.

The hotel is great with solid service, yet the small outdoor pool with warm water should have seating, guests would surely appreciate it, and I’d add more flowers and palms.

The place felt closed in and intimate, but the evening meal could have been organized better in terms of seating.
The hotel’s facilities were excellent: outdoor indoor pools, both cold and thermal water, and saunas. The wellness area stayed open until 21.00, and the food was plentiful and of good quality. However, the reception staff felt amateurish, and the saunas were only available during a limited time slot.

Everything was perfect: a wide selection at breakfast and dinner, spotless rooms, very friendly staff. The park was well kept, the slides were superb, the wellness area was clean and meticulous. We can only recommend it!
