The view, the pool, the beds, the shower (plenty of water at a good temperature). Overall, the cleaning wasn’t the best. One day we went early to the pool and there were dirty towels everywhere and water outside the pool. There wasn’t a single clean towel. The staff weren’t the most attentive.

The restaurant. The bathroom is quite uncomfortable having the bathroom only separated by a glass.

The hotel had decent facilities and a solid breakfast, but the room’s air conditioning was unreliable and never fixed after we reported it. The bulbs kept burning out, and when we asked for a DHL package, the receptionist didn’t inform her coworkers, so the package never arrived.

They changed my rate from one day to the next.

Everything was fantastic – the welcome, the service, and the checkout was very convenient. The breakfast and meals were delicious. All was perfect, I have no complaints.
