Como os hóspedes avaliam o hotel, aspecto a aspecto.
The staff were great and the hotel had a nice charm to it. The elevator. It was small which is a bit normal but it was in a location where you still had to navigate about five steps with luggage once you arrived at your floor. Not a deal breaker but just a bit weird. However, there is nothing they can do to fix that

We enjoyed the location despite the construction right outside the hotel. Shower was impossible!

The very friendly staff - the two young men who welcomed me at night and the ladies during the daytime as well as the very nice Swiss gentlemen. Also the lady in the breakfast room was warm and friendly. I would have liked to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room but the lady at the front desk kindly offered me a coffee
