The hotel was full, so I had to transfer to a place that was very far away.

The cheap bathroom door, the stained sheets and the fact that I booked three beds but only got two were all disappointing, and after I left the room someone slipped a bottle of mineral water in there without me asking.

The hotel's location was great, but the customer service was completely non-existent. I'm not sure what was going on, but it seemed like they just didn't care about their guests.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but things got off to a rocky start. I had to wait almost two hours for my room to be ready, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the staff was really friendly - the female receptionist was super helpful and chatted with me while I waited, but the male staff member I spoke to later gave me some incorrect directions. The room itself was a mixed bag too - the big mirror was a nice touch, and the TV had Netflix, which was a bonus.
