Red Roof Inn West Monroe

“Extremely disappointed and would have left if I’d have had another option.”

Location. There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door letting bugs and daylight in. The whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom shelves were falling off the wall.

“Scary, and rough.”

I slept on the floor, which was brutal; I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inns elsewhere and they were nice, but this was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The new beds were awful, the shower was terrible though the water was decent, and there were holes in the room—just what you get for what you pay. I won’t return.

“No more red roof for me”

The location was good, but the place was not clean, old, and worn.

The linens were dirty, had burn holes, and carried a heavy smoke smell even though I asked for non‑smoking. The shower room was outdated, the drywall was damaged, and the tub had major rust.

“It was fine but I thought too pricey for the quality.”

The location and pet‑friendly policy were great, but a stranger knocked on the door late at night and there was no elevator.
