We booked for three people, yet there was only enough toiletries for one; no soap, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the bathtub was clogged and didn’t drain, the room wasn’t very clean, and the sheets had small stains.

The price was nice, the staff were helpful, and the room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable, the curtain only covered half the window, and the pool filter kept blinking all night.

A good budget hotel – everything worked and was clean, but curtains over the windows and a bedside table would have been expected.

The price and accessibility were the biggest draws, yet the room layout felt too cheap and thought‑out; there’s no wardrobe, no bedside tray, the lamps have inconvenient push‑buttons, accessibility is minimal, a disabled person would struggle, the hot water took a long time to reach the tap, shower water leaked onto the floor, and although drains exist in the bathroom, it’s still inconvenient.
