The facilities were spotless and the staff paid great attention to detail, though the bathroom unit in the room felt a bit dated, it was still within acceptable limits.

Our room offered an ocean view with breathtaking scenery, the interior spaces were newly built, calm and immaculately clean, and events like the Sado Okesa dance and night‑view shows were fantastic; the nighttime inari sushi was delicious and the sunset was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was overly crowded, so expanding the area or adjusting the schedule would have helped.

The location is great with a fantastic view, close to the main UNESCO historical sites. There’s a complimentary shuttle to the flotation plant light show, and nightly entertainment takes place in the lobby lounge.
