The location. Nothing.

Excellent location, rooms spotless, everything perfect, but a special thanks to the owner who was incredibly kind—he noticed I had forgotten a bag with money inside and sent it back to me. Thanks again, highly recommended.

I loved how conveniently located the guest house was, with the city centre just a short distance away. Public transport was also within walking distance, making it easy to explore Rome. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay, as everything was clean and well-maintained, especially the spotless bathroom, which I really appreciated! There were also plenty of food and drink options just downstairs, making it convenient to grab a bite whenever I wanted. The maintenance staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, which made the stay even more pleasant. Nothing in particular. I had a very pleasant stay!

Location is perfect. Almost all major sights are within a 30‑minute walk and the metro station is also 10 minutes away. The street/area is lively with plenty of restaurants and shops. The room is cleaned daily by staff. They provide clean towels, fresh toilet paper, and the bed is neatly made or refreshed. The bathroom is nice and modern. The only disappointment is that the grout looks unhygienic even though everything else is well polished.
