GRAND Deniz Hotel

I was really disappointed with this place and would not recommend it. The room and common areas were not cleaned properly, and the whole hotel felt poorly maintained. I felt uneasy because men would bring women into the hotel repeatedly, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. The corridors were so narrow they felt like army trenches, making it hard to move with luggage and giving the layout a cramped feel. Overall, the cleanliness, atmosphere, and physical condition were far below my expectations, so I won't stay here again.

The staff member Abdulrahman was very helpful and the people there are very good.

If you don't care about how clean or cozy a place is, you can stay cheaply. My kids and I were shocked, but because we arrived at night we stayed anyway. The staff were fine; they didn't see our reservation at first, but later someone reached out and sorted it out, so I think they did their job and I appreciate that. Overall, everything was fine except the personnel.

The location was incredibly beautiful, but the air‑conditioning unit was placed right next to the bed.

The cleanliness was terrible and the photos didn’t match reality at all.
