“Overall, a pleasant room and friendly staff”
We were pleased with the room upon arrival, but the corridors and walkways around the hotel needed a thorough clean and better upkeep. The hotel offered a grill‑style restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and room service, each with distinct menus. Unfortunately, the dish we wanted was only on the room‑service menu, so we never tried either restaurant. The staff were very friendly, which was a plus. Breakfast was included in our stay, but we didn’t use it. Overall, the room was nice and the staff welcoming, yet the communal walkways could have been better maintained, and the varying menus made deciding where to eat somewhat frustrating. The beetle that appeared in the bed during the night was a startling surprise.
