“Super location and outstanding customer service”

Breeze Hotel works well as a base for exploring Baku’s historic centre; its spot in a quiet alley is only 20 metres from a popular pedestrian street, and the metro, supermarkets, and museums are a few minutes’ walk away. The staff are outstanding, making you feel welcome, helping you find a driver, answering every question patiently, and even letting you shower after check‑out. The only downside is that locating the hotel can be tricky the first time because it’s tucked into a narrow side alley—clearer directions and a map would help at check‑in.

“Very unpleasant, and dishonest advertising.”

I booked a garden‑view room, but the room had no window at all, let alone a view. When I asked, the staff laughed and said only one room had a window. The stale, damp, mouldy air and exposed wiring made the space feel unsafe.

The team is friendly and engaged, rooms are spotless, and even your disorganized belongings are tidied up carefully while the room is cleaned. :) We were very satisfied and recommend it with peace of mind.

The location and staff are good, but the rooms are old, some have mould, and the humidity is high. The noise level is just perfect.

The central location in İçerişehir makes everything nearby, the staff were very attentive, and the rooms were clean and new.
