Everything was perfect: the staff were very friendly, communication stayed good, and everything was close by; it was a very pleasant place.

The place, the service, and the location were all great, but there was a small noise coming from next to the air conditioner.

The beds were very comfortable, but the shampoo and soap were low quality and had an odd scent; for a diverse guest mix, stick with classic options instead of tutti frutti.

The location was great and the staff responded quickly on WhatsApp, rooms and common areas were very clean, but the drinks area needed improvement— the water dispenser was awkward and hard to use, it wasn’t well stocked (no sugar for coffee or tea), our balcony was beautiful yet noisy from the street even at night, and we only saw staff at check‑in; although rooms were being cleaned, it was odd that staff were absent most of the time.
