The smells coming from the toilet vents were awful, and you could see mold everywhere in the shower. I had read earlier reviews and hoped things had improved, but they hadn’t; the room itself had a strong odor. I’d recommend looking at other options.

The location is great, with restaurants and the metro nearby, and the staff were friendly and the cleanliness was good, which isn’t common in Naples. The soundproofing isn’t great, but luckily it isn’t on a main street.

The location was perfect, right in the center, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. However, the room needed a makeover; both the bathroom and the room itself felt cramped, and the cleaning left something to be desired.
