The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good, but there was no heating in an area of Colombia that drops below 10 °C/50 °F overnight with daytime highs of 15 °C/59 °F; we were given an extra blanket yet the room and whole facility were very cold, and the rural setting left no nearby restaurant options. The onsite restaurant was fine for breakfast but terrible for dinner.

Una experiencia sencillamente espectacular. La habitación superó completamente nuestras expectativas: una cama queen muy cómoda, un balcón privado con una vista hermosa al lago, desde donde se pueden apreciar las dos islas y disfrutar de unos atardeceres increíbles. 🌅 La habitación cuenta además con una sala de estar, sauna y jacuzzi privados, lo que hace que la experiencia sea mucho más especial. Es un espacio perfecto para desconectarse, descansar y disfrutar de tranquilidad y privacidad. También queremos destacar especialmente el desayuno: estuvo delicioso y nos encantó la variedad de opciones para escoger. Todo muy rico. Todo estuvo impecable, muy cómodo y pensado para pasar una estadía realmente agradable. El servicio fue excelente y todo el personal se destacó por su amabilidad, atención y disposición. En todo momento nos hicieron sentir muy bien atendidos. Sin duda, un lugar para volver. La comodidad, la tranquilidad, la privacidad, la hermosa vista, el delicioso desayuno y la excelente atención hacen que sea una experiencia 10/10. ¡Totalmente recomendado! ❤️. Que nos teníamos que ir :(

The room was very comfortable and the staff was always friendly. The jacuzzi was defective and almost caused an accident with my partner—a total danger. That ruined the experience.

The staff’s service was wonderful. The place is easy to access and everything was very clean. It’s very quiet, perfect for resting and disconnecting.
