The location was great.

The location was fine, but the room had no view, didn't match the ads, lacked air conditioning, and there were roaches.

The location was good, yet the reception refused to help with luggage, and on one day they didn't clean the room—only the bed was set up.

The proximity to everything we wanted to see in Morelia was a plus, but the facilities were decent; the room had a small kitchenette, yet gas was billed separately and they never mentioned it, and there were no cooking utensils or any warning, so we only used the fridge and microwave.
