The property was clean and the staff were friendly, making it very comfortable, and the wooded surroundings offered a refreshing natural feel, though the path from the entrance to the lounge was a bit narrow and hard to navigate.

The staff were outstanding and breakfast was very hearty, though the natural setting meant I found a spider web in the room and a few spots that could have been cleaner.

Staying amid mountain scenery with the sounds of the river and wind was fantastic, and every facility was not only stylish but also clean, warm and comfortable; the staff’s thoughtful care added a lovely touch.

We arrived late, but the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cabin was a bit lacking in some essentials - there was no bath towel, and the toilet soap and shampoo were nowhere to be found. The path to the cabin was also a bit treacherous, especially at night.

Don't expect luxury when you stay here - it's a campsite, after all. There's no running water, just a water vat to fill up, and an oil heater that's not exactly warm and fuzzy. But if you're a camper at heart, this place is a great option. Just be aware that the bed is a bit of a challenge to get to, and it's not exactly spacious. And if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs - the train that runs nearby can be a bit loud.
