The staff here are really friendly, from the cleaning crew to the front desk folks. That being said, my room was a bit of a letdown - the shower was pretty much always lukewarm at best, and the place could use a serious overhaul. Not a huge surprise, but none of the staff spoke a word of English, which can be tough when you're trying to get something sorted.
