I stayed in a large suite that was great, but the room only had two large towels, one hand towel, one washcloth, and no floor towels; plus a previous guest’s trash was still in the shower.

This is my 2nd stay. It’s relaxing and feels homey. I found a small hair on one of the towels. That was the only minor disappointment. Beds a little small but I can accommodate

The staff were friendly and moved us to a slightly better room. The whole place smelled like cat pee, possibly from the paint. The first room had mysterious stains on the furniture, the A/C smelled like mold, and toilet paper was stuffed in the fire detection system. In the second room the A/C couldn’t be adjusted, leaked, and the lamps had no shades.

I didn't find anything worth mentioning, so I won't return. The room was far from what I expected; the TV looked 10‑15 years old, several outlets didn't work, and the main entrance light was burnt out.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good. The room was nice and cool. I couldn't find anything I didn't like—this is a safe place to stay, I can guarantee it.
