The staff and in‑charge were friendly and provided personalized care, but the swimming pool was dirty and we never used it.

The property was good with very polite and supportive staff, and everything else was great.

The surrounding views were nice, but the hotel is located near gate no 2 instead of gate no 1, and the road to Pandupol temple was terrible, ruining our mood. The room smelled, the bathroom was unclean, and the food was poor: sweet, soft French fries, very few and large chili chicken pieces that were chewy, chicken fry with bones, and overall low quality at high prices. Breakfast cost 300 ₹ per person but was only worth 100‑150 ₹, featuring poori, sweet sabji, aloo paratha with sweet potato, tasteless poha, and no eggs or omelette.

The rooms were neat and clean The location was very good and tasty and hygienic food was served The staff was very good. The Remote and the network of the TV was not good and was not at all available during our stay
