The breakfast was decent, not a lot of variety but still tasty. The pool was in bad shape, no hot water in the showers that required a shower before entering. The temperature was about 30 degrees, cold for that day. Signage for pool access was minimal; we weren’t allowed to bring our mate, though people with drink cans were let in.

The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive, with a very complete breakfast. The pool wasn’t available every day; on the last day of my stay we couldn’t use it because they had private events, and that wasn’t clarified from the start.

The terrace was beautiful.

The entire staff were outstanding, from the café ladies to the housekeeper, and especially the front‑desk guy who was excellent and solution‑oriented. The only downside was the mattress, not very comfortable; otherwise everything was perfect.
