The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, everything is clean, the food is excellent – definitely coming back.

The spot is perfect, close to many restaurants and shops, right across from the Baha'i Gardens, and the scenery is beautiful. No complaints.

Breakfast was very rich, with a decent variety of dishes, and the staff were very courteous. The hotel usually hosts cultural events that add to the vibe and experience, and the location opposite the Baha'i Gardens is excellent. However, several dishes ran out about thirty minutes before the end of the meal, and we were told they wouldn’t be refilled—this wasn’t just dessert but also main courses like sabich and fish, which really hurt our breakfast. On Saturday the coffee was only filter; no cappuccino or any other brewed coffee could be ordered. On the rooftop many guests leave towels and cups, creating a mess where most tables are covered in dirty utensils that no one clears, leaving almost no space to sit.
