The environment was amazing and the sleep was good. The breakfast, however, was over‑priced for such expensive rooms and should be improved.

The staff were very friendly and the vibe was fantastic. My reservation was cancelled, so I had to arrive as a walk‑in.

The location was great and the room looked nice. When we checked out, the front‑desk staff seemed inattentive: three people were present, two were busy with another guest, and the third was on his computer; none of them acknowledged us until the guest in front finished, showing a lack of interest in their duties.

Gabrielle at the front desk was fantastic, accommodating and helpful; we switched rooms and she handled it smoothly. Medallia, our maid, was great and the room was wonderful. The rooftop restaurant was a nice bonus, and the location was spectacular. Construction across the street caused noisy mornings, and the breakfast restaurant service was slow even though the food was good—perhaps a buffet would speed things up. The waiters were pleasant.
