We stayed in room 13, which had a lovely large balcony with two sun beds and a table with four chairs. The lift was quick and efficient, spotless, and smelled great! The lift was right next to our door—good for my limited mobility, but it beeps loudly, and there were no views.

The building feels modern yet old‑style, very clean, in a good location, and the room had great amenities and a nice kitchen area. The roof‑top tanning spot was peaceful. We didn’t see any staff, but we got a welcome message on arrival and they were available if needed. The toilet in the room wasn’t very private.

The hotel’s location, super clean room, and very comfortable bed were great, and the rooftop was amazing for relaxing. Victoria’s attention to our well‑being from the moment we arrived was appreciated.
