It was close to the water but far from most attractions on Rügen. The place was worn, dirty, and unpleasant, with drinking water on the same stand as the toilet drain for the camper trailers. It smelled like urine, the garbage room was overloaded, so food waste lay on the floor. A shower cost 7,7 euro.

I had a confirmed reservation for a mobile home with two French‑style beds, but on arrival I was told it actually meant a motorhome spot. I don’t own a motorhome, so they let me stay two nights in a caravan at the rate I’d paid for a week as a goodwill gesture, after which I had to find somewhere else to stay; the booking was misleading and far from satisfactory.
