We enjoyed the comfortable beds and how fast the service was when we called for assistance. Only 2 things not fantastic were how tall the beds were. Comfy once you got up on it. My husband and I aren't very short. We needed a step stool. I needed a handicapped bath and 2 queen beds. Not a king bed. However staff brought me a shower chair that fit in the tub. Which was very appreciated. Our last stay here they didn't have those bath seats. So thank you!

The rooms were comfy and the location was great for dining, but parking was an issue.
The mattress was very firm and became painful.

The location was central to our destinations. The rooftop pool was uninviting and not very attractive.

Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle driver greeted me and explained what to expect, and the restaurant and bar teams were fantastic, answering all my questions and meeting my needs.
