The staff were extremely kind and helpful, letting us leave later than the scheduled time at no extra cost and allowing us to store our backpacks while we went to eat. The room was comfortable and clean, located 10 minutes on foot from Pasikuda Beach, and also offered direct access to another nearby beach, which was very convenient. However, there were a couple of power outages.

The accommodation was nice, though I thought I’d booked an upper‑floor room. The front terrace was good, breakfast was large and very good, and we always received extra items for the baby, which was appreciated. The owner and staff were friendly and attentive. The beach at Kalkudah was empty, pristine, wild, with cows and no bars, while Pasikudah Beach was a bit further but had locals, garbage, cows, dogs, and bars—both beaches had their own appeal. The only odd thing was that on the last day they asked if I wanted a beach towel, which felt a bit strange; for the price, the room should have been cleaned daily, but we had to request it because sand was everywhere with a small baby, though they handled it without issue. Basically, just ask if you need anything.

The room had a beautiful sea view, the breakfast was good, and the beach was within walking distance. We would have liked to stay longer, but there were no more rooms available. Power outages occurred, but the hotel wasn’t at fault.
