After a long drive from Delhi, I found myself in a long queue at check‑in where water was only offered at 15.15, and the staff seemed unaware that my booking was for a twin‑bed room with an Aravali view, which felt totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The security staff were dumb, the check‑in staff fell below Hilton standards, and housekeeping was below standard. The breakfast was good, and the staff in the coffee shop were excellent, but the tub in the toilet was very slippery—there should be an anti‑skid mat before someone breaks a hip. When we finally checked in, the pillow covers hadn’t been changed. Thanks and best wishes.
