There was breakfast, but with an outdoor temperature of 3° and night frost, there was no heating!!! Absolutely incomprehensible, it was super cold. The staff were wearing two pullovers and could only say that the management had decided about heating in mid‑October. Over 80,-€ for a hotel where you freeze!!! Not to mention the building’s slab‑construction, the crumbling façade, a sagging mattress, and a stained carpet.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were dirty and shabby, essentially stone‑old; 98 % of the guests were men who showed no respect for the rules, smoking around the windows despite a ban, and the noise was so intense that I couldn't sleep until deep into the night; men outside the hotel were drinking and partying, and there should be more focus on comfort.

There was a prolonged power outage, which caused the water supply to fail; no extra water was offered, and due to the outage only cold water was available in the morning, making showering impossible.
