I was really disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, only to be told that my room wasn't available. The owner suggested I try another property, which wasn't exactly the welcome I was expecting. Despite the initial issue, the location was convenient and the staff seemed friendly. However, the room situation left a sour taste in my mouth.
