The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The location was very central, with everything within walking distance. The suite was massive and comfortable, with a lovely balcony

Great service and great facility. It was hard to get to because of the festival.

Hotel in the center but on a slightly quieter street away from the chaos of the nightlife; still, I’d recommend choosing rooms that face inward, as they won’t have a wonderful view but will definitely be quiet. The rooms were clean, the breakfast exceptional, and the staff spoke excellent English, which is not a given in Hanoi.
