Breakfast was hot and tasty with a nice variety for everyone, and the beds were comfortable, quiet, and the air‑conditioning worked well.

Everything was clean, but every staff member I spoke to was rude—whether I went to the desk to ask a question or to buy something, they were impolite. The kitchen lady told me to clean up my mess before I finished cooking my waffle, and she told my son he had to clean up before he finished eating, all in a very rude tone.

The pool was decent, but our refrigerator still had old bagged food that hadn’t been cleaned out, and the rooms weren’t very clean even after they moved us; on top of that we were charged an extra $20 beyond what we were told.

The breakfast spread was hot and packed with options, and it was really good! When the door wouldn’t lock, a courteous staff member immediately located a new room for us. The room itself was spacious. The only downside was the noise from upstairs neighbors, but that’s expected.
