The owner and two staff members were truly wonderful. The owner personally handled airport pick‑ups and, when we faced difficulties, they found solutions. He even helped us exchange leftover change into dollars. The hotel offers tea and coffee on demand. There’s a nice courtyard, comfortable stay, and you can cook simple meals. The location is great, convenient for everything, and the value for money is high. I stayed here for four nights and am grateful to the owner.

The owner was extremely helpful. He assisted with visa acquisition at the Somaliland Embassy, SIM card purchase, and other troubles, for which I’m very grateful. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable.

Haile is a very good person; you can ask him anything. His two employees are honest and work very diligently. We stayed once, Haile arranged transportation, and the experience was excellent, so we booked again. The location isn’t in the centre, but the surrounding markets make life convenient. Thanks again, Haile.
The manager and staff are very cooperative, and they offered free airport pickup. It’s very close to Mastura Restaurant and a traditional Ethiopian restaurant, and Shola Market is nearby. The only downside was poor mosquito management.
