The cottages were nice, clean, and in a peaceful setting. The staff were helpful. There’s nothing to do within walking distance; Grab is sometimes usable but often isn’t.

The son of the owners drove us to pick us up. He was very friendly and sweet, and took us to amazing late‑night food. In the morning we were dropped off at the pier—great service. We only used the room near the street, which was spacious but basic, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The hotel’s hospitality was great, especially Chris who was exceptional. The sink was leaking, so don’t expect spotless cleanliness; it’s just okay, nothing more.

The hotel is right next to the port for the ferry to Koh Samui. We arrived at night and had to plan what to eat and drink because nothing was available on site. This is my third trip to Thailand and I’ve never been treated like this… it’s as if I wasn’t received at all. The manager apologized for not being there, but the staff on site were nonexistent. The transfer to the port cost us 200 baht and the driver didn’t go to the right place.
