The manager’s attitude was bad, the climate control was poor, and the location was awful.

Checking in was clunky. I had already entered my card details during booking to pay, and I had booked the room as a gift for a friend. When he arrived, the front desk insisted he pay either in cash or with a card because they had disabled online payments. That was an unnecessary source of stress and embarrassment, and my friend ended up footing the bill. The staff didn’t help with the issue and was rude when I called. On top of that, the amount we were charged exceeded what was listed in the confirmation email.
