“Avoid Easylife, for an easy life”

Very Central and Clean. A/C in bedroom tripped Electricity, took 2 days to come out to give us a Fan for room,had to have window open which in turn ended up being worse as were biten by mosquitos. Instructions to turn back on the electricity was missing a final part so couldnt get back on myself had to ring them. This meant our phones didnt charge overnight so had to sit in for an hour to charge phone instead of going out sight seeing. Asked for towels to be changed on day 3 of our 5 day stay, they forgot to bring so they said, only brought to us on 4th day. In the end told us that they dont usually change towels for any length of stay. Asked for a late check out and no one replied to us, cleaner actually turned up 20 minutes before check out time knocking on door looking to get in. Then said she will just sit outside and wait. Eventually got a email back 1 hour after checkout time to say that they cannot allow late check out. Bit late.I was already gone. Told us to leave keys in lock box but when tried to access code for lock box, original link they sent was taken down. Rang them, voicemail said to leave a Whatsapp message, left one saying Call me ASAP, got a call 2 hours later. I would honestly avoid any Easylife ran hotels as they arent great to deal with

The location is fantastic, right next to the metro, tram, and the city centre on foot. The third floor is inaccessible by the newly built elevator because the apartment lacks a key for it. The elevator is a half‑floor one that stops at 3½ or 2½, and you need a key for that. The bed creaks like an old door. In the bedroom there was a device that they told me was a light sensor. When we arrived we had trouble getting the keys from the lock box; I left a WhatsApp note but no one replied.

The setting is very quiet, as the house is located in the courtyard. The pre‑arrival descriptions were accurate. It’s close to public transport. The numbers on the lockbox keypad are almost indistinguishable; the apartment feels a bit dated.

The location is great: close to the metro, the supermarket, and on Via Crema there are plenty of bars and eateries. The accommodation is very comfortable and detailed as shown in the photos. As for breakfast, we only found one coffee capsule for each of us the next morning. Usually in vacation rentals we find capsules for daily breakfast and sometimes tea bags, biscuits or snacks. The apartment is on the third floor, which is a pity because the elevator works with a card and we had to walk up with our luggage (the site states it is a 3rd floor without elevator). I didn’t like the bathroom window curtain, it was transparent and you could see everything from the other buildings on the back courtyard.

The apartment’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro stop. The building is quiet and clean.
