I was told the unit would be 753 Sq.ft., but it wasn’t; I ended up in the Dove Cottage, and neither TV worked. Paying $495 for a single night should have meant top‑class service, yet a black spider was in the room, so I’m asking for a refund.

Everything about the property was wonderful—just two blocks from downtown, with access to a sister property’s pool and spa nearby. Every amenity was perfectly placed inside the unit, and the design and layout were spectacular; we felt at home and already plan to return. We couldn’t find any single thing we didn’t like, even after traveling worldwide.

The room was very spacious, featuring a living area, large bedroom, full bath with tub, and a kitchenette. It was quiet, private, and the blackout curtains let us sleep soundly; it’s just a few blocks from Main Street in Ojai, where plenty of restaurants and shops are close by.
