I’ve stayed here many times, yet each visit the rooms feel dirtier, especially the bathrooms, and I’ve even wondered if they were cleaned before my arrival beyond just swapping towels. The towels themselves have holes and dark hairs in the last two stays, so they should be discarded. The check‑in staff rarely stay at the front desk; I’ve had to call them three times after waiting at an empty desk for minutes. I pass through Little Rock about eight times a year and will look elsewhere next time.
