We arrived to find no rooms available because our booking had been cancelled before we got there, and no one told us this. We are demanding a full refund and compensation. We were exhausted after a long trip and were shocked to discover that our reservation was cancelled due to full booking when we checked in.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, and I made good friends with them; we shared a lot of laughs. I also enjoyed the free bicycle for getting around. The hotel is in a nice spot—not too close to the busy town center—so it felt quiet and safe. I would definitely return. There was nothing I didn't like; everything was great!

The staff and owner were accommodating and helpful with our laundry needs. My daughter lost her expensive AirPods during our stay, and the hotel is a single compound where the owner and family live.

The room was inexpensive and the owner plus the staff were all friendly, but the aircon was too small for the room and the noise from it was loud.
