Ideal location for an Imperial College 79 year old coming to a concert at the Albert Hall.Who cam thru' South Ken 60 years ago everyday.We have used regularly Dorset Square for the last 10 years and love the Kemp design aspect of all Kemp hotels. For the price we did not expect steps to the third floor.The lift is creaky and feels about to collapse

I really liked the hotel, its breakfast, garden, decor, and location, but the standard room I got was absurdly small; I had to tiptoe around the sink just to reach the toilet, so an upgrade is a must.

The Kit Kemp hotel offers stunning decor and art everywhere, a super comfy bed, and a lovely garden that hosts breakfast and tea when the weather allows, though many rooms are small so I suggest booking at least one category higher; the staff is generally good, with only minor issues in the breakfast room, and the area is quiet and peaceful yet close to an underground station, museums, and many restaurants, but I did wait 40 minutes for breakfast one morning and felt the service was disorganized, and my bathroom was tiny with a small sink and two steps down, yet it still had all the amenities, including a bathtub.

I really enjoyed the British hotel feel; the room’s interior had a charming, detailed elegance that made my stay very graceful.
