The pool was good and breakfast tasty. I never got an invoice, and the pull‑out couch mattress was stained and in poor condition.

Nothing positive to mention. The room wasn’t ready even though I had asked to arrive 12 hours early on the same day as check‑in; I paid for a room that wasn’t ready. I ended up in a cheaper room and was told at checkout that I was owed $5 and that I’d gotten a day “for free” because of the early arrival. The water slides worked only one day of the week we were there, and we were never told they were broken, which was a key reason for booking. The assistant manager spoke to guests with idiotic disdain. HORRIBLE.

The cleanliness was amazing, kids loved the water slides and pool, breakfast was great. Will be staying here on the future. The bed was a little uncomfortable, front desk employees in the morning were not as friendly as the night before, had housekeeping knocking at my door at 930 asking why we were still there when checkout is at 11am
