The room was beautiful and spacious, but there was no basic item in the room—perhaps I’m wrong, but in many other countries I’ve stayed in rooms that had cups (glasses), a kettle, tea, coffee, towels for all occupants; here I had to call reception to request them. The weather was cold, there were no blankets, a trash bin was only in the toilet, and this was not the first hotel in the country; the impression from other hotels was better in terms of tourist treatment, or they had assigned us a room with a poorer layout even though we paid the full price. The kitchen was great for dinner, but breakfast was monotonous, not a buffet. The room could only be rented when a car was present, and the place is used for events, weddings, and birthdays; on weekends it is noisy and crowded, not suitable for privacy.
