The location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. It was a bit hard to communicate but once we used Google Translate it was fine

館内はきれいで、スタッフも気さくに色々教えてもらえたのが良かった。 ベッドの寝心地もよかった。 修善寺の真ん中あたりなので、散策するなら使い勝手が良さそう。 遅れそうになったので、何度か電話をした（固定電話の番号？）が、一切出なかった。 ハコ湯が改装中で温泉に入れなかったので、せめて周辺の旅館と連携してお風呂を使わせてもらえると良かった。 相部屋の外国人がずっと寝ていたので、電気を消していいのか、エアコンをいれていいのかにちょっと困った。 The interior was tidy and the staff were friendly, sharing useful tips. The bed slept well, and being right in the middle of Shuzenji makes walking around convenient. I was running late and called the landline several times, but no one answered at all. The hot spring was under renovation, so I couldn’t use it; it would have helped if they had coordinated with nearby inns for a bath. The foreign guest in the adjacent room slept all night, so I wasn’t sure whether to turn off the lights or switch on the AC.
