The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, but the natural sounds were a bit too loud for my taste.

The place was quiet and the staff were lovely, yet I booked a mountain view and received a pool view instead; there was nowhere to stash luggage except under the bed, the restaurant was a climb up many steps, no food or drink after 8 pm, and the drop from the pool steps to the bottom was steep, requiring a longer ladder.

The staff were friendly and the location is beautiful, but the rooms feel a bit cramped, the shower and toilet share a single space, and the Grab service worked fine for pickups from the hotel.
