Decent room sizes and well air‑conditioned. We had booked 5 rooms and basics were missing when we arrived—towels, blankets, toilet paper, etc. The next morning, there was no water in the tanks, delaying our trip by over 3 hours. We were then told to use the bathrooms in a different set of rooms on the other side of the property for toilets and showers. The place is run down and they don’t have enough staff to manage it all. Overall a very bad experience! They even charged us for 4 breakfasts even though the package included breakfast, just because we asked for Khichdi instead of the Poha they were serving. One of us fell ill and had to call a doctor in the middle of the night, and no washroom was available to use all morning; they had no courtesy to offer a discount or anything complimentary. Very bad service too. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The location of this place is a real winner - it's right next to all the main sites, including the mosque and palace. The whole setup is really charming, with these cute little coloured cottages in a courtyard. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown - it's old and not exactly spotless.

The staff at this hotel were cooperative and tried their best, but unfortunately, the facilities were a letdown. The rooms were small, the bathrooms were cramped, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We arrived late at night, but even then, we couldn't get dinner served to our liking, and the peeling paint on the walls was a bit of an eyesore.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disappointment from start to finish. There was a severe staff shortage, which meant we had to call multiple times for even the smallest things. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar, and to make matters worse, there were no chairs in the room, the TV wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping.
